Carmel Tooms is a painter who trained in Fine Art at York , Gloucestershire College of Art and Design, and Birmingham Art School. She was Junior Fellow in Painting at Cardiff School of Art and a Visiting Tutor at Wimbledon School of Art. She now works from her studio in Skirpenbeck, Yorkshire.
